PLASTIC and PAPER END-WRAPPER
GENERALITIES
This end-wrapper machine packages stick of ends with a diameter
range from Ø 50 to Ø 157 (200-603).
Output: 1100 lids per minute for a single lane machine.
The machine is available in three versions:
PLWR-1 / PLWR-2 / PLWR-3 (with one, two, three lanes)
In the enclosed layout the standard configuration of the machine
is presented including the conveyor belts connecting the curing
oven and the wrapper..
SUPPLY DESCRIPTION
Lid collection system * OPTIONAL (depends on your lenght
requirements). The lids are collected at the compound curing
oven and moved to the end wrapper by means of magnetic transport
belts, where a magnetic openeer forms the sticks to be wrapped.
End Wrapper includes:
Welded steel frame, painted with anti-corrosion paint, color green RAL 6011 (other colors on request);
Lid counting and separating device to form sticks;
Pneumatic pusher with retractable knives to feed counted sticks ef ends lenghtwise and a device to deliver these sticks into the wrapping station.
Equipment to weld plastic film.
Index chain conveyor and heater to thermoshrink plastic film.
Process control and operating system.
The machine is controlled by a SIEMENS or ALLEN BRADLEY PLC housed with electromechanical components in a separate, painted sheet metal control panel.
