AUTOMATIC SKELETON CONVEYOR

This skeleton conveyor through magnetic elevator installed at the press skeleton exit, pick-up the end skeletons, convey usually in two main central belt conveyor lanes (usually two, in order to keep separate tin free steel and tinplatre material).
From the central belt conveyor lanes, the skeletons are disposed in two large bins or special press packing machines.

Main advantages
Reduction odf operators and fork-lift drivers to push down skeletons or remove small bins close to the presses.

AUTOMATIC ENDS FEEDER FOR DOUBLE SEAMERMACHINE

This machine is suitable to accumulate and automatically feed ends into double seamers.
An operator can easily provide to feed several lines.
Ends transport is made through exagonal belts and an auxiliary magnetic wheels provided to feed the double seamer downstacker.
The operating speed is electronically regulated accordingly to the seamer speed.
The particular realization of this type of feeder permits to easily changeover diameter of ends from dia. Ø 202 to dia. Ø 603

MAGNETIC TWIST FOR CAN TURNING (90° left or right, 180°)

This magnetic twist is the ideal solution for connecting canline machines avoiding the use of metallic cages.
Depending upon can sizes, the maximum speed achievable is of 800 c.p.m.
Changeover time is minimal and scratches are minimized.
