AUTOMATIC END PALLETIZER TYPE "AEP 2000"
This machine has
been developed by Corima International Machinery
in order to completely automatize
end-palletization.
The AEP-2000 can work
with loose stick of ends or also with plastic or
paper wrapped stick of ends.
The working operations
are the following:
The ends are fed into special one lane or dual lanes conveyors.
The stick of ends is automatically loaded into a special wire cage standing in rotating platform. In the same rotating platform there is another empty wire cage on stand-by.
When the first wire cage is loaded, the platform rotates and the empty wire cage is ready to be loaded.
The total machine autonomy is about 6-7 production hours for 600 e.p.m. press.
