- Magnetic belts
- The system includes several magnetic conveyors, to receive the sheets from the outfeed of the curing oven and feed them to the two stackers.
- Stackers
- A painted, welded frame structure with a separate pallet carrier in each stacker; squaring of sheets during stacking is achieved via cushioned vertical plates, activated pneumatically; blowers to create an air cushion between sheets during stacking to prevent any scratching of coatings; guarding to prevent operator injuries.
- Powererd outfeed rolls for full pallets
- When the stacks have reached the required numbers of sheets, they will be dropped onto a roller conveyors that move them to the pick up position.
- Electrical panel for operation and monitoring of process
